XIV. Disclaimer
This whitepaper is intended solely for project introduction and technical reference. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. 15.1 Risk Warning and Uncertainty
Potential token holders should carefully evaluate the various risks associated with the Mova public chain platform and its related tokens. Before making any decision to purchase or hold tokens, you must read this whitepaper and the relevant terms in full. If any of the associated risks materialize, they may significantly and adversely affect platform operations, financial conditions, and future development β and may even result in partial or total loss of token value.
The risks listed above are not exhaustive. There may be additional risks that are currently unforeseen or overlooked.
15.2 Compliance and Regulatory Risks
In many countries β including Singapore β regulation of crypto assets remains in exploratory stages, and relevant policies may change at any time. Such changes may be uncertain or even retroactive, potentially forcing the issuer or Mova platform to adjust, restrict, or cease certain business operations.
Additionally, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) does not currently provide direct regulatory oversight of cryptocurrency trading security or platform compliance. Individuals who choose unregulated exchanges or projects must bear the associated risks independently.
15.3 Tax Risks
The tax classification of Mova tokens is not yet clearly defined. Different countries or regions may apply different tax policies. Users should consult professional tax advisors before participating and are fully responsible for fulfilling their own tax compliance obligations.
15.4 Security Risks
The security, transferability, storage, and accessibility of tokens are affected by various external factors, including but not limited to miner attacks, malware intrusion, phishing attacks, and more. In the event of such risks, users may suffer partial or total irreversible loss of their token assets. The issuer and the team bear no obligation to recover losses arising from these events.
15.5 Other Risks
The risks listed in this chapter are not exhaustive. Purchasing, holding, or using tokens may involve additional unforeseen risks. Before participating, ensure that you fully understand the architecture, objectives, and potential risks of the Mova project and that you assume full responsibility for the consequences.
